The following Terms & Conditions apply to Conversion Services supplied by reelintime.com
By procuring our Conversion Services you are confirming that you are the copyright owner of the material or have the express permission of the copyright owner to copy this material.
2. Delivery to us
We recommend you send all material to us by Royal Mail recorded delivery or other form of traceable method. We can accept no responsibility until the material is received.
3. Receipt of Material
If the received material is not as described by the associated reference number we will do our best to contact you using the e:mail address provided and to resolve the discrepancies. The order will not be processed until any discrepancies have been resolved.
4. Pricing Amendments
We reserve the right to alter the pricing and information on our website at any time and these changes will apply immediately to subsequent orders.
5. Damage & Loss
We take extreme care with your material. In the unlikely event of damage or loss whilst the material is in our possession our liability is limited solely to the value of the blank film stock.
Loss or damage during return of the material (if requested) is limited by the compensation provided by the Royal Mail recorded delivery service.
We strive to complete Conversion Services within 10 days of receipt. We will contact you if we are not able to meet this schedule. No refunds can be made or compensation offered if delivery falls outside our normal schedule.
7. DVD –Media
DVD-R discs are used for film transfer which are compatible with the majority of play devices used in the UK. We cannot accept responsibility if your chosen method of play is incompatible with this format.
8. Illegal Material
We reserve the right not to process any material which may contravene the laws of the United Kingdom. We will return all material to you and if we feel it necessary inform the appropriate authorities.
Any such returns will not be eligible for a refund.
9. Complaints Procedure
If you have a quality complaint with regard to our service please e:mail email@example.com within 7 days of the receipt of your order. We will contact you to discuss your complaint and endeavour to rectify in a speedy and satisfactory manner.
