Help: Problems with reelintime.com

I never received my confirmation email. What happened?

When you sign up to join reelintime.com, we send you an email containing an activation link. Until you've activiated your account by clicking on the link, you won't be able to upload your films or leave comments.

If you don't seem to have received the welcome email, check in your email client's spam folder — some are more aggressive than others about identifying spam. If it's not there, contact us at customer_support@reelintime.com.

I can't log in! Help!

Make sure you're using the login name you chose when you signed up (and the same password, of course — and be careful because the password is case sensitive). Also, note that you need to activate your account before you can log in.

The films don't play.

Your browser needs to have a recent version of Flash player installed and enabled — if you don't have it already, try downloading from Adobe.

My upload didn't work! Help!
